Description of Service

Wizly provides a family calendar management platform that helps parents organize their children's schedules, assignments, and events. Our service includes:

• AI-powered event extraction from emails and photos using Google Gemini APIs
• Integration with Google Classroom for automatic assignment tracking
• Color-coded calendar organization by event type
• External calendar synchronization capabilities
• Multi-child schedule management tools
• Smart notifications and reminders

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use Wizly, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring all account information remains current and accurate

Age Requirements

Wizly is intended for use by parents and guardians who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Wizly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

Third-Party Integrations

Google Services Integration

Wizly integrates with Google services including Google Calendar, Google Classroom, and Google Gemini APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

• Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• The specific permissions you grant to Wizly
• Your ability to revoke access at any time

Email Processing

When you forward emails to Wizly for event extraction, you:

• Grant us permission to process the email content for calendar events
• Represent that you have the right to share the email content
• Understand that we use AI to analyze and extract relevant information

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

Wizly offers a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features without charge. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property Rights

Wizly's Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wizly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Wizly. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide our services to you.

Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about Wizly may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

AI and Automated Processing

Wizly uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience. You understand and agree that:

• AI processing may not be 100% accurate and should be reviewed
• You are responsible for verifying AI-extracted information
• We continuously improve our AI systems based on usage patterns
• Your data helps train our systems to work better for all families

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts for violations of these terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to this service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wizly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

Wizly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-extracted information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wizly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to the service

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will:

Severability
